Lava Energy Bead Bracelet

Lava Rock beads are literally made from cooled down molten rock (Basalt, an igneous rock). In order for rock to melt, it has to reach temperatures as high as 1,000 degrees Celsius beneath a volcano. When a volcano erupts, red hot molten rock spills out of the volcano and flows away as lava until it becomes cool, solid, porous and black.

Using essential oils with lava bead: place a drop (a drop or two) of your favorite essential oil on one of the beads on the bracelet. The easiest way is to add the oil on your finger first and then rub it on the black lava beads. You can rub the residue on your hands and inhale for extra benefit. Wait a few minutes for the oil to absorb into the bead before putting it on, to avoid staining your clothes.
